A salute to all members
As a Viet Nam vet I understand the issues we have all faced.  I still serve as a director for the California Dept. of Correction and Federal Bureau of Prisons.  Would like to hear from any vets that served in Subic Bay Philipines or Nam in the early 70's. My email is jimncheryl@bak.rr.com. Respectfully Jim Hendershot BS,MA/RAS

Miss the time in the service
"take no gruff cut no slack hook em and book em and don't look back"  loved being an MP loved working in covert and overt roles. Miss the Army and miss the job as well. Even though you lived in fish bowl at times, it was a great adventure of my life. great to have a web site for 'just us"   Biff

Always an MP at Heart
I was an MP from 1961 to 1968 and went thru school at the then home of the school..Fort Gordon Ga.  I loved my MOS and as a SSgt later in my career I had the pleasure to supervise many good men(  we had no female MP's back then)  I served in Panama, NYC(Governors Island,) Viet NamI was in Nam 65/66 and saw some fighting and a few fire fights..We MP's held our ground and kept them out of the wire.God bless all the MP's on duty nowI became a Police Officer and retired from the Daytona Beach PD in 1996

First time on this web site ,found it very interesting. Served in the MP's during the late 60's in Korea. I must admit that the military police of today are much better trained than during my tour.

Proud Son
My elderly mother and her five 'Army Brats' are looking forward to seeing the Regimental Walkway brick we dedicated to my late father, Col. Herbert J. Michau. He would be so very pleased to be memorialized among those with whom he served for 29 years in the MP Corps.
