The application window for the 2020 Military Police Corps Excellence in Education MPRA Scholarship is now open. The deadline for this year’s scholarship is October 31, 2020.
This scholarship was created through a partnership formed in 2019 between the Military Police Regimental Association and the Provost Marshal General to recognize the importance of education for Noncommissioned Officers. The single scholarship recipient is an NCO that best exemplifies the Army’s vision and influences others in shaping future leaders within the Military Police Corps while practicing excellent stewardship of the nation’s most precious resource – our Soldiers.
The scholarship offers an opportunity for those in the ranks of Sergeant through Sergeant First Class to earn assistance so they can achieve their educational goals. The winner will receive a $2,000 check for tuition assistance, books and associated fees connect with their educational expenses, as well as a laptop computer and trophy from the MPRA.

These official documents contain details regarding eligibility and requirements for the application, such as a written essay, a supervisor’s recommendation and an endorsement memoradum. These documents also contain information on how the application should be submitted.
The selection panel for this scholarship will meet in December and the winner will be announced in December, as well.
