Charles F. Day & Associates is looking for individuals to join their team who have a background in Emergency Management, a Secret clearance, and completion of NIMS related FEMA courses. Program Manager:

The PM shall have at least three (3) years of program management experience.  The PM shall have a minimum of five (5) years military and or civilian experience in planning, designing, and executing exercises to facilitate exercise execution.  The PM shall have experience with all phases of exercise design, scheduling, evaluation, and corrective actions. The PM shall have experience with the DoDI and Army Risk Management process and modeling and simulation tools/services.

The Exercise Design & Control Lead and Modeling & Simulation Engineer shall have minimum of two (2) years as exercise controller for M&S supported exercises, and two (2) years in media relations and five (5) years military and or civilian experience in planning, designing, and executing exercises to facilitate exercise execution.   Both positions shall have experience with the DoDI and Army Risk Management process and modeling and simulation tools/services.

Critical Infrastructure Risk Management (CIRM) Specialist shall have a minimum of ten (10) years military and or civilian experience in Mission Assurance and DoD risk management policies, procedures and funding sources. CIRM specialist shall have comprehensive knowledge of interagency operations and experience in working with partner nations, Allies, and commercial entities. CIRM specialist shall have expert knowledge in preparing risk management remediation packages on complex assets and components which span multiple disciplines to include: Emergency Management, Antiterrorism, Physical Security, Health, logistics, transportation, electrical power, energy security and other fields for the command.

Special Qualifications: The Exercise Design & Control Lead and Modeling & Simulation Engineer shall have a minimum of five (5) years military and or civilian experience in planning, designing, and executing exercises to facilitate exercise execution.

All Contractor employees shall have knowledge in preparing and reviewing OPORDs, FRAGOs and TASKINGS.  All Contractor employees shall have completed the National Incident Management System (NIMS) Phase I training requirements, specifically the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) Independent Study (IS) courses IS100, IS200, IS700,  IS800, IS2900, IS120.a, IS130, IS230.c, IS546.a, IS650.a, IS702.a, IS703.a, IS706, ICS300.
